Episode 48: Grabby Goose Gets Greedy

Click the link to listen to: Grabby Goose Gets Greedy

Hi All,
Since the kids have been on summer break, we have been busy playing with all our toys. Sometimes our youngest will snatch a toy from her big brother without even thinking about his feelings. We've been working with her on how she needs to ask first before taking something that she wants. It has taken some time, but she is learning to be patient and use her words rather than just react. As you listen to the story, consider the following:
What make a good friend a GOOD friend?

We just got home from a ten day vacation with our family in Massachusetts. The kids had a blast playing on the beach and being in the ocean. They really liked to wade through the waves and stand in the deeper waters. Have you been on a vacation with your family this summer? Share with us in the comments! We'd love to hear about it.

LIGHTING THE WAY WITH WORDS

Have you heard our story:

A Tooth's Story: (17:12)
A tooth learns that he will be leaving his home in the mouth from a voice down below the gums.  He must say goodbye to his friends and inform the rest of the teeth about their own impending journey.

This has been a exciting week in our house. Our six-year-old lost his first tooth! The space where his baby tooth resided will be vacant until the adult tooth makes its way through. Have you lost a tooth lately? We'd love to see! Send us a picture of the vacant space in your mouth to nightligthtstories@gmail.com or feel free to post it on our Facebook page

As always, we look forward to watching the glow grow brighter with
the many words we can share together.
